- ข้อเสนอนี้ใช้ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2568 ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2568
- เอเจนต์ที่่มีคุณสมบัติได้รับบัตรกำนัล ต้องมีจำนวนการใช้งานเครดิตในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2568 มากกว่า จำนวนเครดิตเฉลี่ยที่ใช้ต่อเดือน ซึ่งจะระบุในการแจ้งเตือนทางอีเมลล์
- จำนวนเครดิตเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน หมายถึงค่าเฉลี่ยเครดิตที่เอเจนต์ใช้ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ต.ค. 2567 ถึง 31 มี.ค. 2568
- มูลค่าบัตรกำนัลซึ่งเอเจนต์ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด จะได้รับมีการคำนวณดังนี้:

- จำนวนทั้งหมดของเครดิตที่ตัวแทนใช้ระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2568 – 31 พฤษภาคม 2568 (23.59 น.)
- ระบุเอเจนต์ที่ใช้เครดิตมากกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนตามที่แต่ละท่านได้รับแจ้งทาง AgentNet
- คำนวณจำนวนเครดิตที่เพิ่มขึ้นโดยนำ [ผลรวมของเครดิตในเดือนพฤษภาคม] – [จำนวนเครดิตเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน]
- คำนวณมูลค่าบัตรกำนัล ([จำนวนเครดิตส่วนที่เพิ่ม] / 700 เครดิต) x 100 บาท จำนวนบัตรกำนัลจะถูกปัดเศษเป็น มูลค่า 100 ที่ใกล้ที่สุด
- บัตรกำนัลจะออกต่อเมื่อจำนวนเครดิตที่เพิ่มขึ้นมีอย่างน้อย 700 เครดิต
- ทุกๆ 700 เครดิต เอเจนต์ที่ตรงตามคุณสมบัติจะได้รับบัตรกำนัล CenPay มูลค่า 100 บาท
- เอเจนต์จะได้รับการแจ้งเตือนจาก DDproperty เกี่ยวกับมูลค่าบัตรกำนัลที่จะได้รับ ภายในวันที่ 7 มิถุนายน 2568
- บัตรกำนัล CenPay ทั้งหมดจะถูกส่งไปยังเอเจนต์ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามกำหนด ภายในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 ทางไปรษณีย์
- เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ

- This offer is valid from 1 May 2025 to 31 May 2025, for agents who have received the AgentNet notification.
- To qualify for the vouchers, the total Ad Credits used in May 2025 should be more than the average monthly Ad Credits amount stated in the AgentNet notification.
- The average monthly Ad Credits amount refers to the average credits agent has used between 1 Oct 2024 and 31 Mar 2025.
- The vouchers amount the qualified agent will receive is calculated as follow:
- Sum up the Ad Credits agent has used during 1 May 2025 – 31 May 2025 (2359hrs)

- Identify agents who has used more than his / her average monthly amount

- Calculate the incremental amount by taking [Sum of Ad Credits] – [avg. monthly amount]

- Calculate the voucher amount by ([incremental amount] / 700 AC) x THB 100. Voucher amount will be rounded to the nearest 100.
- Vouchers will only be issued if the incremental amount is at least 700 Ad Credits.
- For every 700 Ad Credits, the qualified agent is entitled to THB 100 CenPay vouchers.
- Qualified agents will receive a notification from DDproperty by 7 June 2025, on the voucher amount they will be receiving.
- All CenPay vouchers will be delivered to the qualified agents by 31 July 2025 via post.
